Sultan Salahuddin Ayubi, the great hero of the Muslim nation, entered the Holy Temple in the guise of a victor after defeating the combined Crusaders on 27th Rajab 573 AH (October 2, 116 AD). In the month of Rajab in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) went to Miraj from Baitul Muqaddas, in the infinite glory of Allah, the Muslims were fortunate enough to enter Baitul Muqaddas. As soon as the Muslim forces entered the city, an unimaginable situation arose among the Muslims. Their hearts are filled with a strange feeling of joy and sorrow after being freed from long captivity and boundless oppression.
On the other hand, the state of mind of the Christian inhabitants of Jerusalem was terrible. They thought that the Muslim forces would begin to take revenge for the horrific atrocities that had been inflicted on Muslims for six years. But not the scenario is different. But the description of Sultan Salahuddin Islam's characteristic of good character, great nature, greatness of heart and generosity of mind is found in the writings of the Christian Orientalist and historian Stanley Lane Poole: “ He had never done that before. At the behest of the responsible emirs, his troops stood on every street and maintained order: forbidding the people to be violent and humiliating the defeated, and not even the slightest abuse of the Christians was heard. "

Nearly 800 years after Sultan Salahuddin Ayub took control of the Baitul Muqaddas and 43 years after the destruction of the Islamic Khilafah, Muslims witnessed a tragic and tragic event.
